Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the food at the First Communion party. As you know, cooking is my passion and I have to tell you... The food was UNBELIEVABLE. I don't know what it cost you, but whatever it was it was worth every penny. The old saying you get what you pay for was very true. I have a good palette for food, and I can tell you with certainty the food was of the highest quality, and was cooked to perfection... You know everyone loves my meatballs. Well I am changing my mix after 40 years to Jerry's mix. Those were the best meatballs ever: fresh, moist, succulent and most of all tasty as hell. Top quality ingredients and the skill to create them. I will be visiting him when I come back in November. I want to cook with him (my new best friend chef). He will go far in that business. He has the good sense to use the best ingredients, and the skill to make them delicious. From the sausage with peppers to the baked ziti to the salad (I know the dressing was made from scratch) I could taste the great olive oil. Don't hesitate to use him again, and he is a great person too. He shared his recipe with me which most cooks wouldn't share. And a great people person…When you see him tell him thanks again from me... Was a great meal."

"Jerry is excellent to work with and the food he has brought is great!! We have had him cater our son's birthday party each year for the past couple of years and we have been very happy with the food--the taste and quality! The prices have been more than reasonable. We also never have had any issues with having too little food which is certainly something that you never want to have happen when hosting a party. All of our guests are able to have seconds and thirds without hesitation and there's plenty of leftovers to go around. We have had his bbq which is delicious--highly recommend.

Jerry has been my caterer and chef of choice for a few years now. I recently used him for a backyard BBQ for my staff of about twenty people. He food was upscale and absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about it! The brisket was incredible! We had a gorgeous fruit platter, and BBQ chicken and tri tip that he served with a delicious basmati rice and awesome salad. Jerry is so personable and relaxed that he helps lend a great vibe to the event, while still being very professional and impressing all of the guests with his creative menu and beautiful presentation. Jerry has catered many of the high school crab feeds I have attended over the years and the crab, pasta, salad and tri tip has always been fantastic. This time he catered for my best friends son's high school graduation party. He did a classic taco bar complete with rice and beans. The flavor of the chicken and steak were superb. Just the right amount of spice. And if you wanted it hotter, he provided finely chopped jalapeños that my husband loved. The cotija cheese he used was much better than the standard Shredded Jack and cheddar. Homemade chips and salsa were delicious. You couldn't eat just one. Everything was prepared and served on time and there was no waste. I highly recommend!!!

Say cheese! We had a vision for a food truck style grilled cheese bar for a large party in our backyard. The food trucks I contacted couldn't be flexible or responsive enough. Jerry made it happen exactly as we envisioned it! And at a great price! Jerry listened carefully to what we wanted, offered suggestions to fill out our menu, and thoughtfully created an outdoor kitchen with a food truck feel where guests could select exactly what they wanted to eat while Jerry's crew created sandwich masterpieces. His crew was professional, prepared and friendly. The guests raved about the food and loved the chance to personalize their plates. Jerry's diverse catering experience definitely gives him an edge in creating a party that is easy for the host and that your guests will not forget.
