It was a dark and gloomy night...
No, I think it was a cold and foggy day. Well regardless, it all started when I was around 9 years old. I really don’t know if at the time it was a passion for cooking because it was a necessity.
As soon as my father passed away, my mother had to go right back to work. My brothers and I would call her at work and ask, “what’s for dinner?” Mother’s reply would be, “it’s in the cabinet, figure it out or read the directions." As years went on, my grandmothers, aunts, and of course my mother, were huge influences.
Fuget About It Catering is based on my family’s recipes, and fresh ingredients. On site preparation ensures that the food will be made fresh. We are a full-service catering business. We come in, set up, cook, serve, and clean, so you and your guests can "fuget about it" and enjoy your event.
